A Premium Transformation from Dockside to Delivery

This month, the Revibe Interiors team had the pleasure of restoring a 2015 Sun Tracker Party Barge in beautiful Windermere, Florida, providing our full VIP Marine Upholstery Service — from dockside pickup to reinstallation.
⚓ Step 1: Dockside Pickup & Inspection
Our journey began right at the client’s private dock on Lake Butler, where our mobile team arrived to remove all seat cushions, backs, and bolsters directly from the pontoon boat.
Each piece was carefully labeled, inspected for foam wear, mildew damage, and UV deterioration, and securely transported to the Revibe Interiors upholstery workshop in Casselberry.

🧵 Step 2: Custom Fabric Selection & Rebuild
After inspection, our team recommended marine-grade vinyl featuring:
UV-resistant, mildew-proof surface
Double-stitched seams for durability
Soft-touch finish for comfort and luxury
We also replaced worn foam with high-resilience marine foam, ensuring comfort and structural integrity for years to come.
The client chose a two-tone design in Cream Pearl and Mist Gray, accented with charcoal piping for a clean, modern nautical look.
🪡 Step 3: Professional Reupholstery & Detailing
Each piece was hand-cut, machine-stitched, and heat-sealed by our experienced upholsterers.
Logos and accent details were added to maintain the factory appearance while enhancing visual appeal.
Our team also refurbished the captain’s chair with matching fabric and a reinforced base.
🚚 Step 4: Dockside Delivery & Reinstallation
After completion, we returned to the Windermere dock for white-glove delivery and reinstallation.
Each cushion and panel was securely refitted, bolts and snaps replaced, and seams inspected.
By sunset, the Party Barge looked brand new — clean, modern, and lake-ready.
