🚐 Step 1: On-Site Cushion Pickup at Deer Creek
Our crew arrived right on schedule at Deer Creek RV Resort, where we carefully removed all seat cushions, booth cushions, and backrests directly from the client’s luxury motorhome.
Each piece was tagged, photographed, and securely packaged for transport to our Revibe Upholstery Workshop in Casselberry — ensuring precision and protection at every step.

🪡 Step 2: Premium Fabric Selection & Rebuild
Once at our workshop, we assessed the foam density and frame structure to ensure lasting comfort. The client selected a performance-grade faux leather in a warm Sandstone beige — soft to the touch, UV-resistant, and perfect for Florida’s heat.
We reinforced seams with double stitching for durability and replaced aging foam with high-resilience cushioning, ensuring a plush, supportive feel that’s built to last thousands of miles.
🎨 Step 3: Custom Reupholstery Detailing
Each cushion was precision-stitched and contoured to maintain the original factory fit with an upgraded finish.
We incorporated contrast piping for a subtle modern touch and restored all zippers and fasteners to make covers fully removable for future cleaning.
The results? A refreshed interior that perfectly balances luxury, comfort, and easy maintenance.
🔧 Step 4: Delivery & On-Site Reinstallation
A few days later, our team returned to Deer Creek for white-glove delivery and reinstallation.
All cushions were meticulously reinstalled inside the RV, with foam alignment and fit checked for every seating area. By the end of the day, the client’s coach looked showroom-ready — cleaner, brighter, and more inviting.
